I am new to kettlebell lifting and decided to go with the Mark Wildman Adjustable Kettlebell. This Bells of Steel kettlebell is a great addition to my home gym. As a matter of fact going forward I will be purchasing a second one to keep in another location. The quality of this kettlebell is superior to the hard style kettlebell and the adjustable weights will save you space and money over the long run as you will only need to purchase one kettlebell. I have started my kettlebell workout program with Wildman Athletica, this kettle bell is the perfect piece of equipment to achieve my goals. I am a beginner and would recommend this kettle bell for all skill levels. The adjustability of weights and consistent size allows for predictable and versatile training over time.

Been following Mark for a lomg time, and just completed my first cycle of TOI. Cycle 2 begins today with the adjustable kettlebell. I have used competition style bells and enjoyed them. This Mark Wildman adjustable kettlebell is fantastic quality!

Am 86 and getting back in shape. Have found Kettlrbells are the best tool available. The adjustable Kettlebells from "BOS" work great.
