Very sturdy on the cable tower. Can do much more weight witht the attachment over just using the wrist roller.

Forearm Destroyer
I've had the wrist roller alone for over 2 years and its been great on its own. Finally got the chance to get the rack attachment which changed the game. The forearm pumps this gave me has been game changing. Would highly recommend

Grip/Forearm Strength and Physical Therapy
I'd had my eye on this piece for a while for my All-in-One and pulled the trigger on it when I developed tendinitis in my elbow and started using something similar at my physical therapist's office. Now I can tell my physical therapist that my wrist roller is better than hers.
This thing is beefy such that I get a boost to my grip strength when working with it. With the right style of movements I get a great forearm burn and, when the tendinitis finally resolves, this will become part of my regular rotation to keep working the forearms and hopefully prevent future tendinitis flareups.
The included strap does not work particularly well with the pulley system on my All-in-One (some tangling/folding issues) but I'm going to try this with paracord as another reviewer suggested and hopefully get a better result. Very pleased with this purchase from BoS.
