Everything about my order was great! There was a delay in getting the code for the gift and I ended up completing my order before I had it. I emailed Customer Service and they added it on for me right away. My order arrived much faster than I expected and the glasses, the hat and the polishing cloth are all spectacular. I'm pretty sure the wines taste better when they are in these glasses! Thank you for the wonderful product and customer service!
