I am so glad to have found this product, as a Production Manager finding solutions to increasing consumer feedback in the field is tough at times. This gives all my Foreman a polite, quick, convenient method of getting honest helpful feedback from customers while wrapping up job sites. I initially ordered the stands by accident thinking it was the card w/pulley. Placed my correct order, sent an email to their support and got feedback from a real person in under 24 hours.
