Not my favorite

The balm seperates even after vigorous shaking. So it drips through my fingers. I don't like the smell. Even after adding water it still is kinda sticky.

Separation???

I really like the product, but the last 2 times I've ordered, it seems the cleanser has separated and oil leaks pretty badly when I try to squeeze the cleanser from the bottle. This didn't happen the first time I ordered! More annoying than anything, and I'm not sure if it's effective the integrity of the product, or not.
