Ice Cream Banana Tree

Tree looks great!

We haven’t got a chance to try the fruit yet, but the tree came in a box with only one broken leaf. The tree has more than doubled in size in a few months. Can’t wait to try the ice cream bananas!

All came right in the end

I recently bought two banana plants. When they arrived and were potted up, one looked in better shape than the other and I was worried it might not survive. I contacted Epic Gardening support and was advised to peel off the dying outer leaves & if the base of the plant was still firm, it would probably bounce back. I did as advised and it came back healthy & vigorous. I ended up having to do the same to the other plant when it started to look a bit shook, but both plants are happy and thriving now

I am very happy about the size of the tree. Can’t wait to harvest fresh bananas
