Still have not received product

I would love to review this particular order that I placed on September the 12th, but unfortunately as of October the 4th I still have not received my order or been notified that it has shipped yet. I have ordered the skin care several times from my daughter, she loves that and I am happy that there is an option of clean skin care for her to use. But after placing an order this time of over $100 on September the 12th, and several emails with the customer service department
