Buttercream Flower Class

Really enjoyed the buttercream flower class! We learned the basics in the three hour class and I was able to go home and make my own roses, mums, and 5-petal flowers for a cake a week later. Chef Stephanie was a great instructor and the class was upbeat and fun. I would love to take an advanced version of the class and learn to make some additional flowers! Will definitely look into more classes at Le Dolci.

What a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon! Meagan and AD were great. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had done abit of piping before but this class really improved my skills. There was a good amount of time to practice without anything feeling too slow or too rushed. The pacing was bang on. The kitchen set up and supplies all were great to work with. I was so thrilled with the way my cake turned out. And it was so delicious!! I am so happy to have the recipe for this sponge cake. A bonus! I will for sure be making that sometime soon. Thanks again!!
