Oversized and rough feeling fabric

According to the size chart, I am at the smaller end of the size I ordered. Unfortunately it was way too big. The bigger problem was that this fabric was much more rough than the other style I ordered. I really wanted to like these, but the size, seam placement and fabric mean they will live in my drawer.
