Nordic Back Extension Machine V3

Bought this to help rehab my back and slowly transition into just home gym. Has been working great so far and because of how adjustable it is even my parents can use it!

Very well thought out design and i love how it can be stored vertically with a small footprint. Easy to move with the wheels and handle.

I looked at the entire range of Nordic / Back Extension Machines and am happy with choosing the V3 Nordic Back Extension Machine from Tib Bar Guy. Quality is excellent, packaging was great, and the product was here within days after ordering. The product is sound. I’m throwing regular back extensions into every warmup to harden my lower back and am looking forward to doing weighted back extensions (Pete Rubish Style) for deadlift accessory. This thing is a tank. I watched the videos from reviewers, the Tib Bar Guy introduced many high quality upgrades for V3, definitely worth the money and will last through your entire fitness career.
