One of the worse company on the plane

I would never recommend this company to my friends or family. My experience with their customer support was extremely disappointing. The support team did not seem knowledgeable about the proper process, and even simple requests required multiple emails to resolve. The return process felt unnecessarily drawn out, making it seem as though the delays were intentional to push customers beyond the return window, even when the return request was submitted within the allowed timeframe. Based on this experience, I will not be doing business with this company again.

Express Water filters are awesome, I never liked filtered water and always got bottled until this filter system. It's the best
