Perfect for everyday shoes. This is the 2nd pair I have owned. These create an arch for my flat feet. Superfeet has great customer service

I use them in my Easy Spirit walking shoes which have no arch support. They work great. Raises up my arch just enough to allow me to walk comfortably. They do not take up a lot of space at the back of the shoe so that my feet still fit nicely without feeling cramped. Great design! They do not slide around at all. I will buy again. Highly recommend.
