I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I followed the instructions that were provided with my package, only to have my sample rejected. I was then told I needed to purchase another kit. After repurchasing, the company sent me a different set of instructions, which confirmed that the original instructions I received were incorrect or incomplete. Instead of taking accountability for sending the wrong instructions, they made me pay again. This was extremely frustrating, especially for a product that depends on clear and accurate directions. The process felt misleading, and the customer service experience was very disappointing especially during a time that is meant to be exciting.
