The website is easy to navigate, and as someone who doesn’t rlly understand the complexity of PC’s, everything’s put out in a way I know witch are in a sense, better, this was my first time building a PC and with the help of my brother we built something that’ll work for me as I get into better games. I’ll def be buying from here again for parts or another pc if I need it!

Always a great Experience

This is my 3rd Xotic purchase, two laptops and a desktop over the last 15 years. The customer service and acceptability for pre-purchase questions as well as post delivery questions has been phenomenal. Being able to talk to support that is in the building and not off shore is worth more then you know. Also, the pricing is very competitive. I have built my own systems in the past and the cost of the same components is marginally lower to do it my self, so I was more then happy to support an American company. Thanks Xotic, 2 thumbs up.
