This is my 3rd Xotic purchase, two laptops and a desktop over the last 15 years. The customer service and acceptability for pre-purchase questions as well as post delivery questions has been phenomenal. Being able to talk to support that is in the building and not off shore is worth more then you know. Also, the pricing is very competitive. I have built my own systems in the past and the cost of the same components is marginally lower to do it my self, so I was more then happy to support an American company. Thanks Xotic, 2 thumbs up.
