Thanks for great deal and fast delivery! Can’t go a day without my massage chair. just upgraded to 7D Ogawa chair and it is just amazing. Delivery team were helpfull as well.

The chair is good but delivery was awful

1. My wife and I have tried the chair for a few days. It is great. 2. The setup was professional. A 3rd-party professional assembler came and set up the chair in 30 minutes. 3. The delivery, however, was much more of a hassle than expected. Only one person came, which isn’t sufficient for a massage chair of this size and weight. To make matters worse, the delivery person said he was only responsible for leaving the chair at the front door of the apartment building—not even at our unit. I had to pay extra and spent 30 minutes helping him move it in. This kind of delivery is totally unacceptable, especially it is advertised as "white glove" service .
