Chapie OG

Excellent customer service. One of the six I ordered was defective and the customer service was responsive and quick to fix the problem. Also, I think these things work! My lip balm has stayed solid.

My husband loves the Chapie I got for him. My original order was shipped in the wrong package so I got the wrong color. Chapie did send me the correct one but was a little disappointed I had to return the one they sent by mistake. I would think for a product that is less than $20, Chapie would let the customer keep it rather than make the customer go out of their way to repackage, and take the time to drive to a post office to return, when it was Chapie’s mistake to begin with.

I love my chapie it keeps my chapstick from melting. We live in the very south, south Louisiana and it’s hot and humid. I take my chapie everywhere and love it
