Extralytes

It’s the first thing I drink when I wake up and it keeps me hydrated every day. In fact all of the Bioligent products I’ve tried have been very effective.

The product absolutely works as advertised and does great for hydration. I’ve been using it during workouts and feeling better afterwards. Unfortunately the flavor won’t be for everyone but I can’t recommend it any less
