Power shift board has so many untapped uses rather than simply weight shifting. For starters most players weight is too much on their heels so they never shift properly because of poor balance. Getting the right amount of weight on the lead side when chipping and maintaining it there is also possible which is common among poor chippers. Highly recommend this product to amateur and professional players serious on improving their game.

A great tool for any golfer

This has been a great training tool. As a beginner I’ve been trying to learn how to shift my weight in the backswing/downswing. This has been a huge help.
