Rather disappointing poor assembly not gray but brown

The materials and shape of the fedora hat are great. The brim is stiff and has limited snap or adjustment. The reason for the poor remarks are the hat and the band within the hat are not cleanly stitched and it is noticeable when you try the hat on. It looks like you rushed to finish the hat and didn’t care to inspect your work before shipping. If this is your best work I can see ever ordering a MTO hat from you folks. Rather disappointing hat for the time and cost. Should take more care in your manufacturing and inspect your work before sending. Optima, Gannon, Horski

Exceeded my expectations

This hat's quality and workmanship is like vintage felt hats I've handled. I'm surprised that I was able to customize it, and got just what I envisioned.

The hat fits me well, and the felt is supple, as well as good quality.
