It definitely works for sleep however I wasn’t able to use it on my feet as it made them intensely itchy. I stopped using it and went back to it when I again became desperate for sleep but applied it to my stomach instead, PERFECT!

I’ve started using this and have noticed my sleep is much deeper, with less waking overnight. I’ve also been using the kids’ version for a week and am hoping to see a noticeable improvement in their sleep soon. Great product—highly recommend.

Love these products. My kids fall asleep within 20 minutes of spraying them. Also helps my husband’s body who works in a high physical position at work. Makes his muscles feel relaxed and has a good sleep. Also helps my sore neck. Would highly recommend people to try 😊
