Intense florality, savory, challenging
Intensely floral, to the point of perfumey. This coffee will take you to new flavor places, and a borderline soapy lead note was almost unpalatable for me. Still, I wanted to keep coming back and try different brewing methods. Blending half and half with ombligon nicely balances the savory, rose petal intensity of this unique coffee and points to other possible dance partners.

An amazing cup of coffee. The aromas are so unique and the taste is unbelievable. I never thought coffee could have this type of profile.
