Great concept, but not practical

I was super excited to use this pen loop with my new diary, however I discovered it is only suitable for very thin pens. I had a pen loop from a different brand last year, and it was great all year. This pen loop which I got for 2024 unfortunately falls apart immediately upon sliding the same pen in. It works well for very thin small pens, but nothing slightly thicker (and my pen is just an average pen). They kindly and quickly sent me a replacement pen loop, as I thought mine was just faulty but unfortunately the same thing happened again. However I love all other Bespoke Letterpress products I am a big fan of the brand! But not this particular product.
