The Running List is perfect for a brain dump, you can spill all your tasks onto the page before carefully allocating them to a specific day. As someone who struggles to not try to do the 100 things spinning around in my brain in one day, it’s a great tool to visualise how many tasks I’m actually trying to get through so I can create realistic goals for myself.

I love the easy way to materialize the progression of my tasks over the week. I would appreciate more sheets and line as I have a professional use and… a lot of fault or weekly tasks

I love the approach of the Weekly Planner running list so much. And I’ve spent decades writing out physical & digital lists of tasks!! This is a reorder as the first has gone really well. There’s excellent advice on how best to use it at the start. I’d add that it helps (at least for me) to write the next week’s list on a page where you can’t see last week’s list, so it feels fresh. I use the Fast Brain notebooks too, but they work much better for me if I first set out the week’s tasks here.
