Dimplex 50-In Multi-Fire Slim Electric Fireplace

I love dimplex as a company . I had a simplex previously for 16 years. This was easy to install and does not require a large built in. The only reason why it’s not getting 5 stars is I hate the remote . It’s not responding and most likely I will be contacting the company . But with that said it’s beautiful.
