I bought the red light therapy torch because we travel quite a bit and I wanted to be able to get the benefits of red light on the go! It's compact, super easy to use and switches off automatically so you know you can just sit back and wait for the light to turn off on it's own, rather than moving your focus to check the time. As a single Red Light torch, yes you need to get seated or lie down.

As a single Red Light torch, yes you need to get seated or lie down as each session is 5 minutes. I found it to be effective with muscle soreness.

Wow, love this little red light torch. A lot of punch in a little package. I use the torch to target specific areas when I'm not using my red light panel. I use the torch on pain areas, face and the dry skin on my hands. I also use the torch on clients when I travel to their house to provide massage therapy.
