Great Gloves

I like these gloves very much. They are easy to put on and take off. They fit very well and are comfortable. They are easier to put on and take off than the Ragged MT Glove (I own a pair of these too). However, I do not hold that against them. The Ragged MT Glove better insulates the wrist and forearm and can transition better with your coat or jacket, preventing cold spots. Both perform very well. It is just a matter of personnel choice. I have two pairs of MT Battie’s, one green (play) and one tan (work). I will probably purchase another pair of tans, as I like to have a backup pair at work (I can wear one pair, while the other pair dries out). I find that they are very warm, but I tend to be warm-blooded, and I am not wearing them in January at top of Sugarloaf or in Presque Isle! The only thing close to a complaint is that the index fingertip is another patch of leather. I do not like this because, aesthetically, I would prefer one solid interior color and functionally, it is a possible leak spot and another seam to seal. However, that is not going to affect my review and endorsement of these great gloves.
