My last sifter from another company came loose at the edges after a vigorous hand wash, so I bought this replacement from Tezumi. I have been using this sifter for a few months and have had no issues. It works great and is easy to hand wash, and is easy to pat dry with a cloth (no parts of it retain water) so if you wanted to do a tasting flight or use it for hojicha and then matcha e.g. you could use the same sifter.
