Ugandan Vanilla Beans

It is a beautiful ugandan vanilla bean! Packaged in it's own little container. It is a top shelf quality. I have not used it yet but it looks as good and flavourful as any bean that I have used! I cannot wait to try!

This is a good, full bodied, sticky, thick bean. It is possible that I never tasted vanilla before using this bean. It is not one of those scraggly skinny beans in a plastic bag. The packaging is excellent. In a smelling side by side with vanilla extract you can sense the good uniting tones of a bean that is lost in the extract alone. I used mine to make panna cotta, I think that a "blank slate" application really brings out the unique flavor. I received this product in exchange for an honest review.
