Great wagon with some minor flaws

It's a great wagon with some minor flaws and opportunities. Pros first - 1. Really sturdy and durable, love the attached canopies. 2. The feature to let your kid climb in is amazing, especially for heavier kids. 3. Smooth wheels and navigation, great storage and pockets for kids stuff and yours. Cons/opportunities 1. The unlock mechanism on the wheels is such a pain, you have to lift up the pedal with your foot and if you're not wearing sneakers or solid shoes, that's gonna be super painful for the top of your feet. I wish they had one side pedal lock and the other side unlock. 2. There's no lock or clip to hold the wagon together when it's folded. It opens and falls a lot because of that. 3. Also, at times you wish it had the pull or the lever on the other side when the terrain gets rough and wagon is loaded, coz pushing or pulling it alone becomes challenging.

Annoyed

Overall a good product but it the stroller does not lock when fully folded up. It locks when it’s partially folded but I don’t understand the reason for that. Who wants a partially folded stroller? Doesn’t everyone want it to be as compact as possible? So when it’s fully folded and you lift it into your vehicle it opens up and locks in the partially folded position which makes for a very fun experience. You can survive using a strap or wire but I just can’t believe it. I just use a heavy duty velco strap from Lowe’s or depot. They should at least include a strap of some sort. It’s like no one thought that one through. You watch the product videos that make everything look so simple and appealing but they fail to mention this detail.

Its great, doesn't fold down as much as I expected though. It also shipped through fedex which as usual wasn't good. I won't be purchasing from them again because of the shipping unfortunately. I'll order the brand on amazon though or pick up locally.
