Melt My heart: sample not representative of full piece color. Found out too late to return :(
The quality of this piece is great, but unfortunately, the ombre color is not at all what I expected after reviewing the samples. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because from the sample, it seems PERFECT, but the sample does not account for how bright-blonde the vast majority of the hair is. Unfortunately, I had to trim my piece significantly, and it's still too blonde and looks ridiculous. I wish I had known that the sample was not representative of the entire piece: this is likely only an issue with the ombre choices (MELT MY HEART is what I got), but it was a disappointing waste of $125. Had I known this, I would've purchased a different shade.

The product seems great! I love the thickness of it. Unfortunately I am an idiot and got a color that didn’t match. I already opened it so I can’t return it, but I think I would have loved it otherwise! There’s so many cute styles I could do. I don’t have long or thick hair so it would’ve been really nice!

MUST HAVE for thin haired Gals
My absolute favorite BFB product yet! I love doing braids and topknots but my thin & fine hair texture never quite got me the “look” I was going for. The unique design of this piece is exactly what I needed! I’m so happy I added this to my growing BFB collection of products. Clearly this was intended to have a “your hair but better” effect and let me say it does exactly that!!
