DO NOT purchase extensions from this company! I expected great quality 100% Remy hair and these are neither. After curling the hair the extensions have the worst smell that can't be washed out or covered with hair produts. I assume they mix real and plastic hair. With in 30 minutes of wearing they get bunched up and tangled. I've purchased many extensions and these are by far the worst I've ever had. I reached out for some advice from customer service and Jennifer Cordova was the person who took my case. She is very unprofessional assuming not asking how often I wear my extensions and could not give me a solution for the issues. She also told me the extensions are only good for 3 months and are for occasional use. 3 months!! This needs to be in BIG BOLD LETTERS in the description of the hair. That is poor quality hair! Most extensions last 6 months to a year. She offered a $100 gift card not a full refund for an order that was over $200.
