Package was previously opened, the sticker which reads void when removed had been clearly removed and placed back as if it were new. The hair was not in the rolled up neatly in the net it usually comes in. I have been a customer for years this had never ocurred before. I have reached out to bellami and was told to file a shipping issue. The issue was clearly not a shipping issue, it arrived at my home. Very dissatisfied.
