Does a good job but its loud

Unfortunately I ordered this chair without being able to try it in person. It does a fairly good job, leaves me feeling refreshed. However a few things to note the body scanning does not get all the way up to the shoulders or all the way down to the thighs, you can hit these areas when using manual mode and telling the machine where to massage but none of the preset modes will do this. This was pretty disappointing. The intensity of the air bags and the rollers can be a bit rough in the preset modes, we found this to be true for both myself 5'2 95lbs and my significant other 6'2 220lbs. Also the air compressor is very loud, we cannot use the chair at night when someone is trying to sleep. Overall in my opinion other brands of chairs I have tried are much better, I wish I could have tried the chair in person before purchasing. The communication between purchase date and shipping was horrible and non existent. After ordering I got an email saying thanks for your purchase, the money was taken from my account but there was no shipping info etc. I waited 3 weeks and finally got an email the chair was shipping. All in all the cost was not bad. If I would go to see a massage therapist 25 times I would be paying more than I did for this chair. Hopefully the chair will last a few years and I will be able to upgrade. If you're looking for an introduction lower priced chair this is a decent pick.

Like it but

I like Osaki Dreamer V2, Heat therapy works great. Intensity also is pretty good. only one problem is that Chair makes a soft hammering sound Which I did not have in our previous chair OSAKI Ai Monarch LE, but we had to return that because it was defective. The hammering sound is annoying. I am not sure if it is normal???????
