Great sauna, heats up quickly and great quality. Unfortunately, our sauna arrived with a damaged heating element which most likely occurred during shipping. I reached out to customer service and received an immediate response back from Luna. Luna stayed in touch with me the entire process to get me a replacement part and even provided a video of directions on how to replace the heating element. I’m really impressed with the customer service of this company. Probably the best I have received with any purchase. I highly recommend the sauna as far as quality and a bonus is their customer service.!

Great Investment

We have had this unit for about 3 months and we use it every day. This is a great unit, easily fits two adults sitting together and it really brings the heat. It was extremely easy to assemble for me with a little assistance from my wife. It looks great in our upstairs room and I expect we wil continue to enjoy it for many years to come. We added a couple of IR lights for some additional healing. I recommend this for everyone.

Great product

Purchased this sauna about a month ago. Delivery was prompt and easy. Mine arrived in three large boxes. The boxes are heavy and require two people to move. Unboxing is very straight forward. Each box had a label with what was inside. Setup is incredibly simple. Just plop each panel into position, ensure they are connected, and you're done! All in all it took me about an hour from start to finish to get everything set up and running. I had one issue with a part damaged in transit. Customer service was very responsive and is providing replacement for the damaged part. I've used the sauna every day (except one) since ive gotten it. Mine is set up in my basement which runs around 60 degrees ambient temperature in the winter. Despite this, the sauna heats up pretty quick and holds its temperature really well. I would highly recommend this product!
