Great Sauna

We’ve been really happy with this sauna so far! It comfortably fits 2 people, and adding the backrests made it even more comfortable for longer sessions. The quality feels great and very sturdy overall. It takes about 20–30 minutes to heat to max temperature in our Texas garage when it’s around 80° outside, which we’ve found very reasonable. Assembly was straightforward since everything snaps together with no tools required, but I would recommend having 3 people for setup—especially if your floor/garage isn’t perfectly level like ours. Even with that, setup only took us about an hour. One of the main reasons we chose this company was their excellent customer service and the option to add the red light therapy upgrade, which has been a great bonus. Overall, we’re very pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Love this sauna!!!

I absolutely love my new Salus Ample902SH sauna! I added the red light from Salus and it is fabulous! It is quick to heat up which I love so I can work out and jump in the sauna afterwards. It has beautiful finishes! Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful product at a great price!

Pros: - Delivery process. - Responsive customer service. Cons: - The "App Control" feature is misleading. It only functions within a 20-yard radius at best. Having reliable Wi-Fi capabilities was an important feature for me, so I was disappointed to discover these limitations. - The unit takes 45 minutes to an hour to reach 140°F. - The infrared heater located at the bottom near your feet becomes unbearably hot to the touch, even with the hemlock wood covering. - One of the electrical connectors arrived damaged. While I was able to address this myself using wire connectors, it was an unexpected inconvenience. - Although customer service is responsive, their suggested solution to use a "SwitchBot" for remote control of the sauna was impractical. The control panel is a touch screen, making this workaround ineffective. Summary: While the unit functions as expected during use, the lack of certain key features, especially reliable remote control capabilities, has left me feeling disappointed with my purchase.
