I use the athlete hydration powder while I’m training in the gym and I find a half a serve is ideal through the winter months and I will then increase the full serve in the hotter summer months. I think it has the ideal ratio of electrolytes and I highly recommend this one to anyone who’s training hard.

In my sixties and didn't know about this stuff or that I needed it!

I linedance 8 hours a week but thats the only exercise I do.
