Quelling leg pain from cycling hills

It tastes great, mixes easy and due to the flavor makes it easy to keep drinking and in turn stay hydrated. I find with my legs hitting a lactic acid stage in most rides I do need to take a half to full serve prior to heading out on the bike and keep drinking. I've found some relief and will continue to experiment with doses and timing, love to hear how others are taking it, pre - post etc..
