100% Einkorn Sourdough

Its good bread its just not my cup of tea. I could see someone really liking it just not me. It was overly sour and salty thats why I said someone might like theirs like that.

Lucky discovery

I loved the taste of your bread! Even though I got sick just before it arrived, and a friend of mine kept it in the freezer for me to keep it from spoiling, and brought it back to me when I got back home two weeks ago. Once it was thawed, I kept it in the fridge, and It was easy to be sliced and after briefly toasting the slices it tasted very good. I intend to re-order it but can not find how to do that. May be that is because you are moving. Please let me know when I can re-order this bread. Definitely want to taste it when it's fresh. Maria
