Neck & Back Massager with heat, Air Compress & Shiatsu with APP Control - 2309-APP

I bought this brand after my Renpho back massager conked out. I love the compression, but wish the hips were adjustable width. The neck is too far back, so if you use both the full back and the neck simultaneously, you have to bend your neck back uncomfortably as it pushes your back forward. Expected better ergonomics for such a pricey device. If they fix this issue, i would buy it again. For now, i remain annoyed whenever i use it.
