Custom Portable AC Sliding Window Vent Kit for Windows & Doors

This has been such a big upgrade from the manufacturer insert! No more taping seams to keep hot air out, and the plexiglass is much thicker than the original insert, so it stays in place easier and we've definitely noticed better soundproofing (re: bird noises outside at 5am). Setup and take-down used to be over an hour, this takes a minute. I was nervous about ordering this, and worried about whether it would really fit, but it does and was absolutely worth it.

It worked great! Very easy to install, too! My apartment is old and doesn’t have central AC, so I’m getting another two for the other portable ACs in my apartment. I didn’t realise what an eyesore the classic window vents are, and how much sunlight you lose with them. 5 Stars!
