JUVEA® Curve — Crescent Natural Talalay Latex Pillow

I originally left one star due to unclear product descriptions and difficulty getting a return label. The website did not state that this was a shredded pillow—I thought I was ordering a molded latex pillow, and there were no photos showing the filling. For an expensive item with a 30-day trial, return shipping should be free. Customer service eventually issued a prepaid label, which I appreciated. Updating to three stars for their help, but the description and return process need improvement.

I believe it is a very quality product. However, it does NOT work for me and my cervical issues. Thank You. JBrown

It would be nice to have more loft. I use another pillow with it. It is good quality, however. I was also surprised it was not solid talalay as your other pillows. I did not see anywhere on your sight that it was foam chunks. thanks, Vince P
