I love how these can be interchanged as needed . I am only 3 days into wearing my truss , and have the standard 1/4 inch in my belt , but very handy having both of the thicker pads handy for when i feel like i need them. Made from really good material , not soft sponge etc. Well worth getting with the minimalist single Comfort truss.

I like the option here, and though I have only used the pad that comes with the minimal belt, having these is a good idea. Worth the purchase.

the minimalist right inguinal hernia belt and pads are excellent! Easy on and off. Very comfortable I use it at the gym and when working outside. Also easy to clean.
