Thickness pad

I bought the 3/8" extra thick pad along with my minimalist hernia belt to provide additional support during workouts. The added thickness is hardly noticeable but provides an extra layer of protection while lifting weights. I highly suggest trying this product to anyone looking for a little bit of extra support.

Thicker pad

I got the thicker pad and tried it after the thinner 1 for a week or so. In my case it helped keep this sucker in place better for longer periods of time. I'm glad I got the thicker pad. I have 2 belts so I can wash n dry 1 at a time. I'm following the guide as well to strengthen up the muscles to get this inconvenient thing under control.
