I’m still trying to find the best way to make it as comfortable as possible. The split sides are kind of hard to get used to — one solid piece per side might be better. But overall I think it’s helping.

A bit small, the sizing table was vague, the support rods were in backwards, but since they're removable it was easy to correct, and if I drop some weight, wich I need to lose about 20lbs I'm sure it will fit great, so I'm happy with the purchase.

Great support for my back
