It's a good nighttime splint

Once I was able to start wearing it at night (our house does not have air conditioning), the brace is working well. I put it on when I go to bed and it stays on well all night. I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis in 2012 and my doctor recommended custom insoles for my walking shoes. After 6 months my feet had improved enough that I wasn't in pain. I wore nothing but those walking shoes for about 6 years then began wearing other shoes that still had good arch support. However, in the last 4-5 months the Plantar Fasciitis has come back in my right foot and this brace used at night along with the walking shoes during the day, have helped a lot. I'm glad to have found something that I can wear at night that is lightweight and comfortable.

It helps with nothing. Cheap product.
