Quality control is lacking

In a set of 65 pieces, I had 4 spoons with burn marks and 6 knives with various issues. Customer service has been good about sending replacements. If your preference is to not perform quality control for the company, I would order a different brand. If you don’t mind inspecting each piece for defects, the flatware set is fine.
