Not what I expected

I ordered nine of these weights. They were not as heavy as I expected and I don't think they could keep even the lightest fabric from slipping. They were too slick to stack and too big to use as one layer. The return process was complicated and seemed designed to discourage you, the last paragraph asking if you still want to return these… I still have not received my credit even though they received the returned items. I don't think these weights are what they advertise and I still had to pay return shipping. I learned a valuable lesson about promotional advertising and returning items that don't meet expectations. Note: they include "gifts" that appeared to be items they cannot sell making at my responsibility to dispose of their trash. This seemed rude to me.
