Black Currant Concentrate (5:1)

I use a tsp of the Black Currant Concentrate every morning in my 16 oz glass of water. Turns it a deep magenta red, and makes drinking water more fun. I love the tartness it adds, instead of lemons.

This is delicious diluted with hot or cold water as an alternative to sugary or caffeinated drinks. Also a terrific cocktail ingredient!. And so good dribbled over vanilla or chocolate ice cream.

I love your Black Currant Concentrate. I keep in REFRIGERATOR and use at least twice a day, for EVERYTHING imaginable. I mix it with sparkling Cranberry or a tablespoon or so STRAIGHT. I add a tablespoon or so to dark Chocolate cake batter. SO Good!
