I received my order after a few weeks. It arrived well packaged and undamaged. It did not come with instructions so I originally installed it in the wrong direction for several washes, until I noticed the utensils design on the lip and realized it was meant to be turned the other way around. Another reviewer mentioned a very helpful tip: You can pull the rack out a bit to vent the door slightly open. I find this piece for the dishwasher useful, however, I don't insert it for every single load. It just depends on what needs to be washed. But when I want to use it, it comes in handy. I lean my larger plates to one side underneath it in order for everything to fit. I am happy I can wash more flatware, chopsticks, spatulas, small dishes, and lids and other small items up there to make room in the basket below. The upper spray arm still cleans everything extremely well, but you'll notice the water pressure will be a little less with the rack and items in the way. Just be careful nothing is blocking it from spinning. You can also still use the top rack attachment and the cuterly basket that comes with the TDQR03 dishwasher rack along with this upper rack accessory. Everything fits well inside. Be mindful how you load it and of it's limitations and you'll be golden. I think it is smart of Airmsen to sell it as an accessory since it's not necessary. The machine works like a dream with or without it. I like having the choice to purchase if I want to, but I do wish it were not so expensive. Luckily, it is well made, good quality and durable. I recommend buying it if you want more flexible loading configurations.

Adds some needed space for small items and flatware. Cannot put large plates in with it, but that isnt an issue for me, larger items (pots pans and latge plates/bowls are done in my full sized machine.
