LOW-PRO PACKAGE

Initial packaging is very cool. Make it a fun garage night assembling them. If you buy multiple products they ship on different days and can get to you on different days. Once you open the box the magic really happens. Parts are packaged well and when you start handling them, you realizing how heavy duty they are made. Instructions are straight forward and I like they send you assembly videos via email or you can go to the website. BE PATIENT! And DO NOT! tighten anything all the way till the end of the instructions. I found myself going back to losen alot of Bolts to even things out. Over all, I felt like a kid again putting together Legos, I know the price is high ,but you will never have to by again to replace. Which makes me sad.

I am a retired Manufacturing Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. The quality of the sheet metal components is very impressive.  The way the hardware fits through the accurate alignment and size of the thru holes and the way the mating parts fit together demonstrate a tightly toleranced design, with well executed manufacturing processes. The stitching on the cushion and the quality of the seat material is excellent.  Paint quality is also top-notch. Assembly was a breeze and as I put the chair together, I repeatedly commented to myself on how nice this chair is. Once assembled (using SAE tools by the way!), I can attest to the comfort and ease of moving the chair around the shop floor.  The 4" casters do an excellent job of carrying the 'load' while rolling over uneven areas of the floor. Finally, the fact that it is completely Made in the USA makes me proud. Although I was against my wife spending this amount of money on a rolling chair, I am glad she did! I guess I can finally ditch the inverted milk crate strapped to a wooden dolly!! I hesitated pulling the trigger on this bundle but I'm so happy that I did. The order shipped right away and was very easy to put together. Both stool and chair are quality products. They roll around so nicely and are very sturdy. They don't get 'stuck' on little things that might be on the garage floor. Highly recommend!
