Nitrogen Deficiency

I tried growing Rununculus in pots. All the corms I planted came up but they quickly turned yellow. I’m assuming is a Nitrogen deficiency or something to do with under or overwatering. I got one single bloom and it was pink.

Not sure what happened

This year 2025 my ranunculus project was a bust. Same place and conditions as last year. I’d like to know what I did incorrectly. 2024 blooms were great.

Tough to grow but did ok

For my first year growing these they did pretty well. I got less than half that were successful but I think it was due to location. The rest did great and were so beautiful
